About Me

Hi, I’m Emily! Registered occupational therapist and the founder of Beyond OT.

I help adults navigate physical and mental health challenges, and offer ergonomic and job site assessments to support safe and lasting return to work.

Originally from New Brunswick, I bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to care. Services are available in English and French, virtually across most provinces, in-clinic in Gatineau, and through mobile visits in the Outaouais region.

I believe healing comes from understanding your struggles and exploring what's possible beyond them. My goal is to help you move forward with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
