What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy helps people do the everyday activities that matter most to them.

Think of an occupational therapist like a coach who helps you build skills and find new ways to do your daily activities.

I work closely with you to understand your needs, abilities, and environment, then create personalized strategies to support your health and well-being. Whether it’s managing daily tasks, returning to work, or improving mental and physical health, occupational therapy empowers you to live a fuller, more meaningful life.
